As I mentioned, I used this tool to create a great relationship with my customers. The CRM feature helps me keep track of my clients, leads, and tickets with the CRM. In addition, the Client Portal made it easier for me to onboard my clients and collaborate with them on projects.

With this feature, I can track expenses, accept payments, and send estimates and professional invoices. The comprehensive financial management feature in Agiled allows me to manage my finances professionally. Since this business management platform integrates with PayPal and Stripe, tracking and accepting payments has become much more manageable.

This feature is handy for managing employees and teams in one place. I can track their holidays, leaves, and attendance from my dashboard. It also has HR features that help me manage my team quickly and efficiently.

However, the most delightful thing about this feature is that my team can log into the platform to mark attendance, offer support on tickets, manage clients, process automation, update tasks, deal with development processes, and more.

How would you like to automate your contract with clients and appear incredibly professional? I have closed more deals using professional and easy-to-sign contracts using this feature. In addition, I can send these professional contracts to my clients through emails. It is also easier to download generated contracts or renew them with a single click.

5. Drag and Drop Proposal Builder

With the drag-and-drop proposal builder, I can import any proposal template with one click and use it to generate a professional proposal. With over 400 ready-made blocks, it cannot get easier than this! Did I tell you I can sign these proposals digitally through the e-signature feature? I can even communicate with my clients by adding live chat software to the proposals.

The Project Management feature provides so much flexibility as I can switch between spreadsheets, email, and other essential tools to manage my projects from the beginning to the deadline. This feature makes project management a breeze for my team, which makes my clients quite happy with our working relationships. Of course, I still use tools like Microsoft project management software, but with Agiled, I can start a project using built-in project templates to save time.

This feature is a complete task management solution that lets my team do more tasks quickly and efficiently. It helps me assign specific tasks to specific members. I can even see their progress and share it with my clients. With this, we are more organized and get things done faster. While I rely on this tool’s feature for any task management, I have also used Zoho Projects for task management and automation.

This feature provides automated reports about my business. It allows me to generate reports on Income vs. Expense, Finance, Time Log, Tasks, and more. With these reports, I can keep track of my business performance in real-time. This, in turn, helps me identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities for my business.

One of the time-consuming manual work I don’t find pleasure doing is lead nurturing or data entry. That is why I rely on the Workflow Management Software of this business management platform to improve my team’s work experience, boost productivity, and save money. This feature also helped me empower my team and streamline our communication.

The feature also allowed my team to focus on more critical tasks as most of the workflow processes are already automated. In fact, I noticed higher-quality output from my team since the process automation eliminates the risk of human errors.

The Workflow Management Software also made assigning roles to team members much more effortless. In addition, it allowed me to grant approval responsibilities to appropriate members or space out specific tasks.

Ultimately, the feature empowered my team since it allowed them to understand their specific roles in the entire business process. With that, everyone could manage their work more efficiently and responsibly.

How Agiled Helped Me Scale My Business

It has a boring and flat visual design with limited options.

UI/UX

The UI/UX could be better, especially the task management feature. I’m using Asana for my other projects, and between the two, Agiled’s UI has a steeper learning curve.

Usability Issue

It requires hours of training.

No Webinar Module

The tool would be better if users could integrate a webinar module.

Limited Customization

Since the tool is new, it has fewer customization options.

Flowlu is another fantastic web-based customer relationship management solution that helped me manage sales and lead generation. My team benefitted from various features like invoicing, sales pipeline management, contact management, and lead management.

The tool was also helpful for logging phone call notes, logging meeting notes, and tasks we needed to do. I used it to delegate tasks to my team as I highlighted the sales process with a different color or used reporting to view sales funnels. The best part is how it was easy to generate personalized invoices using client data.
