Lifestyle is the most important factor in determining your health. It’s also one of the hardest things to change when it comes to improving your wellbeing. We’re not talking about changing what you eat or how much you exercise, but rather how you live your life – from the time that you wake up until the time that you go to bed.
There are many ways that we can improve our lifestyle for better health and wellness including altering our diet, increasing physical activity, reducing exposure to toxins in order to minimize their effects on our bodies (e.g., chemicals found in plastics), staying connected with others i.e. your relationships, practicing mindfulness by focusing on living in the present moment without judgment and being aware.
